Anyone else waited over a week for a reply from JotForm to a question?

    I lost all of my revisions for the past 2 weeks.  I would think this would be of concern to JotForm.  I know it is to me.  And my client whose form was supposed to be live a week ago.

    I have checked your past correspondence, and I see your report regarding form revision history has been promptly answered by my colleagues and escalated to our developers:

    As already mentioned on that bug report, our developers are looking into the issue, and you will be informed there as soon as the issue is resolved, or if there are other important updates. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

    Sorry for inconvenience this may caused you. Our developers are doing their best to resolve your issue. I have checked ticket report on your other thread and priority is set to urgent, which is highest priority. I will also check with our developers to see if there is any update and if there is we will inform you on your other thread.

    What the FUCK is going on?  I spent hours on Saturday numbering this form ONCE AGAIN.  I checked it earlier tonight and it was fine.  In the last hour it has reverted back to an earlier version AGAIN.  I would appreciate an update.
