All my forms are just showing an empty white box. I have checked my account and can see I have gone over the limit for secure SSL submissions but I havent gone over the limit for general submissions. I don't want my forms to be using secure SSL and can't figure a way of changing it. Please help me

I only upgraded to Premium as a tempory measure to re-enable my forms. I don't suppose you could just reset my submissions to 0 and refund the membership? I didn't realise SSLs were being used. I don't understand how to disable SSL. I am not using an embed code, I am doing 'Embedded form' > 'Google sites' and following the steps 1 to 7. The tick-box at the top for secure form is unticked.

This is now going in the name of davidrussell for some reason. Its me, 'russellphotoscan'

Could you please explain step by step in the simplest way what I need to do to disable SSL on my forms that I'm using on Google Sites. I can't follow your previous instructions because I'm not using an embedded code, Im using a 'Gadget' on Google Sites and cant seem to find any 'https'. When I go 'Embedded form' > 'Embedded', I get the following code...

It is already http. Unless this isn't the right one. Please help me. Thank you

Please go through the link below on our user guide on how to set SSL form, and for disabling you will undo the procedure ,

    http://www.jotform.com/help/63-How-can-I-receive-SSL-Submissions

Go to Setup & Embed > Embed Form
Choose Source then select the Uncheck "Secure Form" check box

All the various embedding options will now be updated ready for use on your website.

To disable SSL submissions, just change the https:// prefix in the JotForm URL found in your embed code into http:// (without the "s").

It is already http though, not https, so why is it using SSL? The 'secure' box is also already unticked.

You should have then successfully changed to normal. The above is procedure to have forms as SSL or normal. You have successfully cancelled your monthly recurring submission and your accunt is due to downgrade on 16/05/2012.

Sorry please if you didn't get the how to disablw SSL submissions. I have checked your forms and can confirm that SSL is disabled i.e they are not secure forms.

Yu can now embed them to your site or any other site following the guidelines below; http://www.jotform.com/help/chapter-3-Share+Forms

    You said...

"You also need also to login to FastSpring payment gateway that you used to upgrade your account and cancel the subscription.Your account will remain at Premium account till 15/06/2012 when your payment expires."

I have cancelled my subscription however I have been moved back down to the Free plan, so my forms are not working. Please could you either put me back on Premium until 15th June like you said I would be anyway, or reset my submission count. Thank you
