I checked several parts of the site and did not experience any slowdown. I checked a few of your forms as well and though they are rather large with several images, they still loaded quite quickly.
If you wouldn't mind letting us know what specifically is running slow, we will be happy to have a look. As far as I can tell though, everything should be running smoothly at this time.

Even when I'm trying to modify my form ...the save button is just spins and spins without saving my work...I noticed this morning that it was loading my forms super slow, which it typically loads without problem...all other websites that I'm accessing are working normally except for jot form...not sure what is happening.

I have also tested few of the latest forms that were edited on your account and I am not able to replicate mentioned issue. Forms are loading fast on my end, both inside of Form Builder and when I previewed them.
If the save button is just spinning than most likely it got stuck. I would suggest you logout from your account close your browser and start fresh session. You can also try to use some other browser. We usually suggest Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.
I have also cleared your form cache. Also please do not open form builder in multiple tabs or browsers.

Not sure what has happened. I cleared the cache/history, restarted my PC, logged out of Jotform and only have one session of JotForm running and still continue to get the spinning save button. Internet connection seems to be running fine with other websites.

I did several changes on your form through your account, but I wasn't able to replicate this problem, any change I did, saved fine.
Does the issue persists on your side?
