We have been using Voice Recorder for our students to record their responses to a picture description task. In the past, they were able to record, play, and then re-record if they wanted to fix an error. It seems that the re-record feature is no longer working. Can you please check this for us?

I have checked your form and I can replicate the problem, cloning the form and adding a new widget does not work either.
I will forward this thread since I can see some errors in the web console, our developers will investigate this and we will let you know as soon as we get updates regarding this.
- greenbn1Answered on December 08, 2016 at 12:49 AMWe have just tested several students and continue to have errors with the voice recorder. Students record, tecording is saved but when they try to submit, the message states that they are still recording . This has proven to be a big challenge for us. Any word on a fix for this problem or the one above. It seems that they are related. This is a huge headache for us.
