we have been using the form located at https://form.jotform.com/52338462115956 since late august. It seems to work firn, however the form submissions ae way too low to be accurate and the number of submission (says 20 in my forms) does not match submissions which only shows, i think 8. regardless, we received way more than 20 forms - it may even be closer to 20 a day.
please fix. changing the link is not an option.

Submission counter of the form you provided was not correct. Correct number of submissions is 8.
I have fixed submission counter of your form.
You did received lot of submissions from mentioned form, but you have deleted 505 submissions since August 27th.
Please note that deleted submissions can not be restored.
I would suggest you to first download your submissions to your computer before you delete them.
I have also checked email history log on your account and I saw that some Notification from your form failed to me sent. I have checked and all three recipient email addresses of your form are in the bounce list. Our system gave following result:
email@example.com is IN the bounce list
Reason(s) : smtp; 550 5.7.1 rejected content, black listed www.jotform.com by black.uri.fslupdate.com. #762 #895 (s7SA2k009426497600)
firstname.lastname@example.org is IN the bounce list

email@example.com is IN the bounce list

I have now removed them from the bounce list and it should be working fine now.
