I've been searching throught the user guide, and I'm having trouble finding something on customizing e-mail submissions. When someone fills out a form and selects an account executive, I want an e-mail to be sent to the sales executive and one other person. Am I over-looking something in the forum? From what I've found, I can't find what I'm specifically looking for.

Go to Setup & Embed > Conditions > Send an e-mail after submission.

Great. Well, I set it up exactly how you told me, and when I clicked "Save," the part that says, "Then send {Please Select} email to [ejackson@rtmtv.com]" came up in red. Is there something I did wrong?

Please do not include the square brackets [] anymore. Just use ejackson@rtmtv.com .
Please try if this work already. Inform us if the issue persist.

    Remove the red

    [ejackson@rtmtv.com]

    Thanks.

I didn't use the brackets. I was just using that as an example for the space because I couldn't include a screen shot. When I try to put just the e-mail, it still shows up in red.

You first need to create a notification by going to Setup & Embed > Email Alert > Notification.

After doing so, referring to this image, Please Select -- you will need to choose notifications on the dropdown.  That should do it.

If you need further assistance let us know.

Forgive me, but I'm pretty confused. I'm now on a menu that allows me to provide sender and recipient details, with the option to use parts of the form as the Sender Name, Sender E-mail and Reply-to Email. Can you provide a screen shot with how I should set that up?

You are actually doing the right thing. It should somewhat setup this way, take a look at the image.

    Then click finish if done.

You then need to go to Setup & Embed > Conditions > Send an e-mail after submission  and set the the conditions. You can change the email address to match the recipients email.

    Hope that helps you out.

Ok, so the email notification and iodination were set up.

If Account Manager field Equals To Butch Bass Then send Notification 1 email to ejackson@rtmtv.com

Well, "ejackson@rtmtv.com" isn't getting the e-mails. When I send a test submission, they'll show up in the "Submissions Notifications," but he's not getting the e-mail. Am I leaving anything else out?

Thanks for your help so far.
