    Is it possible to change the slash used to separate mm dd year to hyphens mm-dd-year?

    If the purpose is for the notification or thank you page, the format is mm-dd-year already.

    But if you are referring to what can be seen on the form itself, No.

    The date time field look is fixed. What can probably be done as an option is something like this.


    By using the "Hint" feature. That will show up in a light color by default and become invisible when the user clicks on the form. Here is an example:
