Hello Amy,
Yes, sure you can embed the same form on more than one site. It may affect your submission storage limit and monthly form views, because of the multiple website traffic and after that your old submissions are deleted by automatically to receive new submissions. You can download your submissions to backup on your desktop so that you can also delete your submissions on Jotform platform which you don't need anymore.
In other point I'd like to mention that our users who are in free starter plan have 1.000 monthly form views. As I said before, as you've multiple website traffic, your monthly form views limit will be affected by this issue.
If you wish to review our pricing plan, please click here.
Feel free to ask, if you've any other question.
Regards.

Thanks so much for your response.
I just wanted to check about the monthly form views…what does this mean exactly?
If I have it embedded is it how many people visit that page?
Thanks,
Amy

Hello Amy,
If you use the same form in two web pages, probably you will receive double submissions and double form views.
I have checked your account and I have seen that you have a Free plan. That means you have form limits as you can see the following screenshot of your account usage:
If your account over-limits, you need to upgrade your account to an upper plan. Please check the following screenshot to see limits of the plans:
