Bug - Remembering last steps

    Hi,

I am hoping you can help me. We have managed to get our form to a point where we are very happy with it, however we have noticed that when we preview the form & start to fill it out there are a few bugs that appear.

If we select an option and then move onto the next question it brings up the next set of conditional fields, this is all working correctly, however if the user realises they have made a mistake and meant to select a different option from one of the above questions, if they go back to amend their selection the correct conditional field now appears, but the original conditional field is still present alongside the new correct field. Obviously we need only the correct field to appear when a user changes their mind.

Is there a way to fix this bug? The conditions we have set are very important and we do not want the user to be able to select the wrong information.

We hope you can help with this issuer and we look forward to hearing from you soon.

    Many Thanks

    Suzanne

If I am not mistaken, you are referring to this form: http://www.jotformeu.com/form/63283436273357. I checked the form on my end and it seems to be working fine.

When I go to the Next Page and go back to the previous page again, the conditionally displayed fields are properly displayed on the form.

Can you try again and see if it is working now on your end? If the issue still persists, can you provide us more information regarding the issue like a sample scenario so we can replicate the issue on our end? If you can provide us a screenshot, then that would be great. To attach a screenshot on this thread, just follow the instructions provided in this article: How to add screenshots images to questions to the support forum.

We will wait for your response.
    Regards.
