WorldPay Integration: Ability to pass a field's value to the Payment Box Sub Label

I want a customer field Text Box value to automatically appear in

Payment Box Label. Screen Shot attached.

Please Help.

I'm afraid that the payment description of the World Pay payment integration cannot be set to take custom / variable value from one of the form fields.

I have also checked on the WorldPay documentation, and they do not seem to impose requirements for the Description field to be unique.

You should be able to simply write your own description for what you will be receiving these payments, and the transactions should be processed successfully.

When it comes to hiding this sub label on the payment field, you can do this by injecting the following custom CSS into your form:

label[for="input_25_donation"] { display: none; }

You can add CSS codes to your form by following this guide:

Many thanks for your prompt reply.

As there is no other way to achieve what I have requested,
in meantime I will just put my company name as Label.

Though a unique reference is an assurance to the customer
when they see that on final WorldPay payment page.

While I agree that the label can be changed in JotForm back office,
my online customers do not have any access to that.

This is a permanent form link on my website,
where customer creates their own payment link.

I have seen such a request on forum by others as well.

If appropriate, kindly pass on as "feature request" to
the team at JotForm.
