    Payment Wizard: Products List doesn't include all products

    Yesterday I emailed about my form.

    I cloned the form and made my product changes using PayPal.

    All of the old products are still showing in drop down list.

    I got an email saying you fixed the problem.

    But the problem is NOT fixed.

    Please help.

    I have cloned your form to my side and checked it. I was able to remove products in your dropdown menu and also in the radio button list.

    Please note that I have made these changes in the cloned form on my side.

    Please have a look at the following instruction about how to remove old products from your form:

    How to remove your products (radio button) in your Payment Tool:

    #1- Select your form field and click wizard icon.

    #2-  Click the Settings icon.



    #3- Finally, click the Delete.


    I removed some products from cloned form.

    The result will be like this:




    How to Remove Items from DropBox:

    #1- Select the dropdown menu in your form and click the options icon as you can see it the following:


    #2- After that, please select the products and remove them.

    I have reserved only a row in the dropdown as you can see in the following.

    The result will be like this:

    I did all of that.
    I just cloned the form again, and when you look at the edit area, the old
    products don't show up on the list.
    When you look at the preview of the form and go to PayPal, all of the old
    items are listed at the bottom of the list.
    How do I get rid of them?

    When I have made more investigation on your issue, it is seen that some products are hided in your Payment Wizard and your products are not in order, too.

    Therefore, you cannot see your older products in the list and you cannot remove that because of this problem.

    Please have a look at the following video:


    This is a bug and I have raised this issue to our developers. They will work on this issue and when they fix your issue, they will back to you as soon as possible.
