Missing data in emailed forms

    Dear Sirs,

    I have on of my forms, which is (Contact Form) that is delivered to my email but with black message field while all other information appears correctly. The missing data is available online under the form submissions but continuously delivered with the said field blank.

    Kindly have a look in this issue as it's not practical to login every time just to view the form content.

    Dear Nader,

    I have checked your form and cloned it in order to test it on my side. I was unable to reproduce the issue on my side as the following:

    Also, I have checked the situation on your side and I have seen that your email addresses received my test submission successfully as you can see below:

    So that, I was unable to replicate the issue.

    Could you please send us the submission ID that was missing?

    I just received a test submission and all details appear to be fine. I'm

    Hello Nader,

    I also tested the form which is embedded in your webpage and it does capture the submission correctly in the submission page but the submission email which was sent has missing data.

    I would suggest you to please embed your form with its iFrame embed code and see if that solves your problem. The following guide should help you how to grab your form's iFrame embed code:  https://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-form-iFrame-code

    The iFrame doesn't fit the style of our website.
    I've updated the Source Code and it seems to work well.
    Hopefully it continues to work well.
