I've tried clearing the cache and changing browsers and logging in and out but there is still an issue.

    The form is here:

I have cloned your form into my account for testing, and the integration worked fine on the cloned version of your form:

I have also made a test submission on this integrated form, and the test submissions appeared in the integrated sheet almost instantly:

Thinking you might be experiencing the issue due to the type of browser you are using, I have tried both Firefox and Chrome, and the integration still went through smoothly:

So far, the Google Spreadsheets integration appears to be working fine from here. The issue you experienced might be caused by security software or a browser extensions such as adblock. May I suggest trying to set it up with a different browser, preferably in its Private or Incognito mode?

Please try it out, and let us know how it goes.

I am also not able to replicate mentioned issue. I successfully integrate my form with Google Spreadsheet.

Most likely this issue is related to your network at work. It is possible that your network itself is blocking Google for this specific part. To test this, try connecting to a different network.

This issue also might be related to your browser. Do you have any extensions or plugins in your browser that may be related  adblocker, security or antivirus? I suggest disabling them temporarily and see if that works. You can also try to use different browser.

Hope this will help. Let us know if you need further assistance.
