Is there any way of letting JotForm staff know about this glitch?

Is there any way of letting JotForm staff know about this glitch?

On iPhone 5s when I go to upload a picture on a form it doesn't display the library option correctly.  This worries me as my forms are for uploading images as part of a video creation service.

This field is JotForms own inbuilt file uploader and I don't know if it is also affecting any other devices

I checked your forms and did not see on similar to the one in your post.  I tested our regular file upload field and it looks to be working properly on an iPhone 5.  If you wouldn't mind sharing the form you are working on, we will be happy to have a look to see what the cause may be.
