My conditional logic to send an email to Cabinet member is not working

Made a successional approval with signature boxes

Traveler completes, signs and send to budget holder - (This part works perfectly)

Budget holder receives email - edits submission, enters budget holder code to view additional fields CODE: RVABUDGET - signs via mouse, approves, selects cabinet holder email from dropdown and submits - ( THis part does not get received. by cabinet member)

Cabinet Member enter CODE 123 to view additional fields signs approves and sends to finance.  

The form works perfectly when I use a hotmail address

The form works perfectly on the first send for the school district but will not send to the cabinet approver.

You have cabinetHolder83 in the conditional logic, but I've viewed your form and can't find this. Please make sure to have the correct field name/tag:

As for receiving the email, I think this is related to spam filters. Please check and make sure to allow emails from noreply@jotform.com to go through.
