Thanks for your service since August 2015. I recently made a downgrade and nevertheless you charged my for a next year. I guess I've pushed the wrong button or there is a fail. Please downgrade my account an pay back the money to my account. Thanks.

Hi Marcel, no problem and we appreciate you being a subscriber with us for awhile and completely understand that you wish to downgrade for the time being.
I've canceled your subscription and corrected the charge that occurred including a refund for it back to your account for you.
Please note that this due to this your account is now back on the free plan because of it.
