1. To our users reporting emails not being received because they configured custom sender emails using their

own SMTP settings: Our backend team is aware of the problem, as a temporary workaround we recommend you to switch back to the default sender address noreply@formresponse.com or noreply@jotform.com. Please accept our apologies, we appreciate your patience.


2. If the new PDF editor is causing any issues for old PDF layouts, load the PDF customization tool from the submission view and use the "Switch to old version" button to revert to the old editor. This will restore the previous layout for PDF's.
