As part of making sure your expericnace is everything you hoped for. Please take a moment to consider a few positions/poses you have seen that you would love to copy and if there is any you would love to avoid. Please make sure to communicate these so this can be the best session you can have.

DEPOSIT & PAYMENT
The Client agrees to pay the photographer a Deposit, equal to half the price of the full session, at the time of booking to secure the appointment date and time. This is a non-refundable fee that goes toward the session total. The balance is due the day of the session. The session total covers the time and talent of the photographer, basic retouching and creative editing of the images as determined by the photographer, and digital images (amount depending on session) to be delivered through the online gallery.
LOCATION COSTS
The Photographer will not guarantee or arrange payment on any location.
RESCHEDULING
If an illness or situation prevents a photo session from taking place, the Client may reschedule their session at least 24 hours prior to their shoot without penalty. Should the Client fail to give a 24-hour notice, or wishes to cancel the photography session, the Deposit stated above shall be retained by the Photographer. The Photographer reserves the right to reschedule due to illness, weather, equipment malfunction, or other circumstances beyond their control. The Photographer will only wait 15 minutes past the session time if the Client is late. The Photographer retains the right to reschedule the session if the Client is passed that 15-minute time limit. If the Client fails to provide notice to the Photographer in the event of being late, the Photographer will consider this as a canceled appointment and the Deposit stated above shall be retained by the Photographer with no reschedule.
RE-SHOOTS
Re-shoots are determined at the discretion of the Photographer. Re-shoots will not be given for poor choices of clothing, make-up, hair, or by not following the recommendations of the photographer.
GALLERIES
Galleries of Client's images will be available within 15 business days after the session date. Business days are being considered Monday - Friday. Online Galleries are available for 2 weeks to give enough time to display, share, and download the digital files. If the session is being provided by the Photographer allow 1 full month for the return of the images.
ORDERING
The Photographer recommends MPix.com, WHCC, Millers, Smallwoodhome.com and Shutterfly for printing and products. Chain stores such as Walmart, Walgreens, CVS, Target, SAMS, etc do not calibrate their printers resulting in the possibility of poor quality images. LIABILITY
The Photographer is not responsible for any injuries inflicted upon any participating parties. Client will be responsible for themselves and their children, and releases the Photographer from any claims against their person or their business.
COPYRIGHTS & OWNERSHIP
The Photographer retains all copyrights to all images created during the Client's session. A print release may be given with digital files to print for personal use. The Photographer will not release any RAW image files.
EDITING
The Client understands and agrees that no additional editing may be done to the images by anyone other than the Photographer. This includes adding filters from social media websites and apps, screenshots (alters the image quality), and any further adjustments not done by the Photographer.
SOCIAL MEDIA
If the Client is unsatisfied with the final delivery of the images they are to contact the Photographer privately. The Client understands that they are not to post to social media in any way slandering April Loveday or Loveday Photography.
