  • الغرض من نموذج الشكوى الحالي هو استخدامه للمشاكل التي لم تعثر حلها من قبل الإدارات  والاقسام المعنية بالشكوى. علما بانه سوف يُطلب منك رفع  دليل (عن طريق رفعه مع المرفقات) على أن المشكلة لم يتم حلها ليتم النظر في الشكوى 

    The current complaint form is intended to be used for problems that could not be resolved by the departments concerned with the complaint. You are requested to provide evidence that the problem was not resolved.
