As a LIFE GROUP LEADER, we need you to invest in the lives of a few kids to encourage authentic faith. You win when kids have meaningful interactions both inside and outside of the life group, that influence their faith in Jesus and deepen their relationships with others.

CHECK-IN ATTENDANT!

As a CHECK-IN ATTENDANT, you gather basic information about our first time guests and their families, troubleshoot check-in issues and provide technical assistance for our check-in system.

As the managers of lights, video and sounds, you create an engaging large group environment that sets the large group team up for success. You make the service fun and fast-paced, full of color, video, light, and sounds, to help the message stick.

WORSHIP LEADER!

As a WORSHIP LEADER, you lead kids and leaders in a meaningful time of worship through music and movement. The worship leader is an energetic face that connects singing, dance, and movement for Jesus to the message that day. The worship leader also interacts with the storyteller and host to present God’s word to kids.

Time Commitment: Review weekly music/script ahead of time and arrive 45 minutes early.

Frequency of Service: Every other month at 9:00 or 11:00

STORYTELLER OR HOST!

As a STORYTELLER, you are the credible voice in the large group environment. The storyteller is a great communicator who presents stories in a waythat kids can’t help but pay attention and listen. The storyteller teaches the big idea, bible story, and life app to connect with kids in a way they can relate to and understand.

As a HOST, you serve as the “Emcee”and comic relief of the large group environment. The host is highly energetic and relational person. The host is the funny person who plays games, gets kids laughing and comfortable in our environment which allows a kid to be preparedto hear the daily Bible story. The host introduces the big idea and sets up the tension for why the Bible story and life app matters to kids, in a way they can relate to and understand.

Time Commitment: Review weekly script ahead of time and arrive 45 minutes early.

Frequency of Service: Every other month at 9:00 or 11:00

As a COACH, we need you to mentor life group leaders and safeties by providing relational support and encouragement.

As a SAFETY, we need you to observe and monitor the life group environment, providing coverage for life group leaders to defend obstacles to the life group community.

Time Commitment: Review weekly curriculum ahead of time and arrive 45 minutes early

Frequency of Service: 1-2x a month at 9:00 or 11:00
