Easy Contact Management with Highrise

Highrise is a Customer Relationship Management software which helps you track people, conversations, and tasks to keep your relationships fresh. Be prepared to make a difference for your business.



With JotForm’s Highrise integration, you’ll be able to track contacts & tasks since you cannot have any conversations in a web form. The best part is, you can add unlimited fields for tracking to manage contacts & tasks how you want them to be.


How to Setup the Highrise Integration:

1. Get a Highrise account if you don’t have one and copy your authentication token with the following steps:

    1. Click account & settings
    2. Select my info
    3. Select the API token tab
    4. Copy the given code



2. Go to our form builder and click on the integrations button on the toolbar.



3. Select Highrise on the integrations wizard.

4. Enter your Highrise account credentials.



5. Choose the type of your form. Choose “Contact” for creating contacts and “Task” for setting tasks.



6. Map your form question fields with the data fields on your Highrise account.

7. Click finish and you’re done.

    I am doing the Jotform integration with Highrise and it gives me just two options in the "choose a list" section (Contact and Case). I do not see task per the blog post.

    As I will have return contacts and accounts, with multiple projects what is best practice for that integration.

    I.E. If Chris' Landscape fills out my form on 5.17 for project A and then on 5.20 fills out the form for project B how should I set that up ( contact, case, Task)? If a return contact fills out a form, will it create duplicate contacts in Highrise?

    Can you edit or add information/fields to existing contacts or only add new contacts?

    I really don't see how this works. I would like Highrise to be able to "collect data" from forms customers are filling out online with JotForm. Is this what this plugin can do??

    Thanks! I started to use Highrise in my small businnes and I am really fond of it. I like the systems which are really user friendly and that is exactly Highrise. In addition I have to recommend this new tool Highrise Task Guard. No relationship is forgotten because this little tool can point out the contacts that had no tasks.
