Who is this for?
This plan is aimed at healthcare workers, nonprofits, and government organizations, but that’s not an exhaustive list. If your organization doesn’t fall under one of these categories but needs to use Jotform to help stop the spread of the virus or help others in this time of need, then please apply.
How do I apply?
Directly through our application form. We’ll manually review each application and respond with instructions on how to proceed.
How is this different from a free Starter account?
Anyone can, of course, use Jotform’s free Starter plan at any time. But traditional free accounts have a limited number of submissions, forms, collected payments, and views. If you’re planning to use Jotform to provide coronavirus-related assistance, we’d recommend applying for the Coronavirus Responder Program to get unlimited access for free.
Does this include HIPAA?
Absolutely. As more and more healthcare workers need a reliable way to collect patient information during the outbreak, we’re providing HIPAA compliance free of cost to providers seeing or consulting on COVID-19 patients.

Can I do it from India?
I have been approved for the COVID - 19 account, but it is still tied to my personal email account. Can I get it switch to my school account the move my few plans over, or should I keep it as it is so when we do go back to school I will have my original form available to me?
