We’ve always been inspired by organizations that use Jotform to do good in the world. We’re fortunate to see this every single day, from nonprofits coordinating volunteers with our forms, to schools administering scholarship applications to students in need.
So it shouldn’t be a surprise to see so many Jotform users mobilizing to make an impact during the COVID-19 pandemic.
That’s why we’re pleased to announce our Coronavirus Responder Program, which is designed to provide users on the front lines of this global crisis with unlimited access to Jotform. This means that if your organization — no matter how big or small — is using Jotform to respond to COVID-19, you can do so free of cost or limitations.
Who is this for?
This plan is aimed at healthcare workers, nonprofits, and government organizations, but that’s not an exhaustive list. If your organization doesn’t fall under one of these categories but needs to use Jotform to help stop the spread of the virus or help others in this time of need, then please apply.
How do I apply?
Directly through our application form. We’ll manually review each application and respond with instructions on how to proceed.
How is this different from a free Starter account?
Anyone can, of course, use Jotform’s free Starter plan at any time. But traditional free accounts have a limited number of submissions, forms, collected payments, and views. If you’re planning to use Jotform to provide coronavirus-related assistance, we’d recommend applying for the Coronavirus Responder Program to get unlimited access for free.
Does this include HIPAA?
Absolutely. As more and more healthcare workers need a reliable way to collect patient information during the outbreak, we’re providing HIPAA compliance features free of cost to providers seeing or consulting on COVID-19 patients.
For any other questions, please email to email@example.com and they’ll get back to you ASAP. And if you’re using Jotform to help in this time of need, we’d love it if you shared your story in the comments below.
Thank you for helping improve the Jotform Blog. 🎉
