Bolstered by an Instagram account that’s grown to 38,000-plus followers at the time of writing, Karla’s charcuterie boards began to make a splash in the San Francisco Bay Area. Soon, companies started to take notice — both for her charcuterie board services as well as the virtual workshops she offers, which soared in popularity during the pandemic.

Today, Karla provides customized charcuterie boards and grazing tables for weddings, events, business gatherings, gifts, birthdays, and any number of other special occasions all over Northern California. She also conducts virtual team-building workshops for some of the world’s most prominent companies. 

Scaling her business so quickly has been a challenge, but Jotform’s powerful online forms and apps have helped streamline her expanding workflow.

Before Jotform, Karla used Excel spreadsheets to keep track of orders, workshop registrations, and client contact information. The process was tedious, and accessing clients’ data across various devices proved cumbersome. 
Karla discovered Jotform in early 2021, and began using it for her workshop registration forms, special inquiry forms, and various order forms. With these forms, she could instantly collect client contact information as well as data related to scheduling, preferred payment methods, order selections, dietary restrictions, and more.

She also transitioned from Linktree to Jotform Apps to quickly point customers to relevant resources, forms, and links from her Instagram account.

Karla’s transition to Jotform resulted in immediate operational improvements. Any important information pertaining to orders, registrations, client preferences, and inquiries was now automatically organized and accessible from one platform across all her devices.

Plus, Jotform Apps seamlessly integrated with her forms for even more ease of use and a frictionless customer experience. All of this, in turn, allowed Karla to continue scaling Brie Grazing Boards without compromising the quality of her work or her work-life balance.

“Jotform makes it so much easier,” Karla says. “Before, I would get DMs, emails, and I would have to go to a spreadsheet and manually enter every single name, email address, phone number, and dietary restriction. With Jotform, [everything is] just there on my computer. I’m all about fast, quick, and easy — so that’s what Jotform does for me.”
