Announcing improvements to Jotform’s Zoho integration

When you have deals to close, you need a CRM you can trust. Luckily, Zoho’s CRM is here to make sure — apologies to Alec Baldwin — that you “Always Be Closing.”

For a long while, Jotform offered a great way to automatically populate your Zoho CRM account with submissions. This process has helped thousands of companies automate their lead collection process so they can act quickly and drive revenue. And we’re excited to announce some big improvements.

Our previous Zoho integration offered a way to send submitted form information directly into Zoho as either a lead or a contact.

However, with the updated version, you can automatically turn submissions into new

  • Accounts
  • Calls
  • Campaigns
  • Cases
  • Contacts
  • Deals
  • Events
  • Leads
  • Products
  • Solutions
  • Tasks
  • Vendors

(Cases, Products, Solutions, and Vendors are features only available on Zoho CRM’s Enterprise plan.)

Zoho has improved the capabilities of its CRM, and the updated integration is designed to help you use all of them.

Some other major improvements to the integration:

  • You can send notes to Zoho CRM along with submission data.
  • The integration can now use multiple fields for advanced record matching.
  • You can break down composite fields (i.e., Full Name => First Name + Last Name).

Setting up the updated Zoho integration is just as easy as before. Merge form fields to the corresponding fields in your Zoho account so that you get the exact information you need. There are detailed instructions on setting up Zoho with your Jotform account in our Zoho help guide.

Zoho is a powerful CRM that has added advanced features over the years to serve businesses of all types and sizes. And now our integration with Zoho is up to date to match the CRM’s powerful capabilities.

Are you a current Zoho user? We’d love to hear your thoughts on the updated integration. Try it today and let us know what you think in the comments.
