I hereby grant permission to my child to attend Bnei Akiva’s Shevet Naming Shabbaton on January 3-4, 2020.
-If necessary, we give permission for our child to be taken to a local doctor or hospital and a parent or emergency contact will be contacted as soon as possible.
-We understand that Bnei Akiva will not be responsible for any medical condition either physical or emotional, which may result from our failure to disclose relevant information.
-We understand that any damage our child causes to the facilities around him/her or to property of others while on a Bnei Akiva program falls under our responsibility to replace and repair.
-We also understand that Bnei Akiva is not responsible for any damage, theft or loss of personal items.
-All programming is mandatory.
-There is a zero tolerance alcohol and drug policy (including e-cigarettes and vaping)
-All participants must respect and listen to the tzevet members on the Simchaton.
-Curfew will be strictly enforced. No participant may leave their host's home once they are sent home each night.
-The same dress code that applies in camp and all other Bnei Akiva programs should be respected on the Simchaton.
-All participants are expected to conduct themselves according to the halachot of negiah, yichud and tzniut. No physical contact between the genders will be permitted.
All participants must realize that if any of the following rules are broken:
-Parents and possibly schools, will be notified immediately after yom tov.
-The participant will be jeopardizing his/her return to any programs or events ran by the galil
-Camp or summer program the child is planning to attend will be notified of any misconduct, jeopardizing a participant's return and future involvement.
-If there are any problems, (particularly at night), we reserve the right to move the participant into a madrich/a's room and place a madrich/a in the room with the rest of his/her friends.

- Half Refund until December 27.
- No Refund after December 27.
