Supervisors and Executive Staff shall also not engage in immoral or unwise behavior, including, but not limited to, blackmailing, overt displays of anger, inappropriate internet usage, gossip, or any other divisive behavior. Supervisors and Executive Staff shall not use their positions to manipulate or silence employees, congregational members, or outside community members from reporting any type of inappropriate behavior.
