By submitting this form you also agree to these terms:
1.) 24hr courtesy notice must be given to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Without proper notice a fee of $35 will be applied to your account.
2.) Payment is due upon receipt of invoice. Delinqent accounts will be issued a past due notice subject to a 10% monthly fee and reported to your Broker.
3.) If photographer is not able to complete job due to 'property not being ready' you will be billed for the return trip.
4.) In the case of severe weather, safety is always our priority. Appointments will be rescheduled for next available day.
5.) Properties photographed Mon - Thurs will have images delivered the following day. Properties shot on Fridays will be delivered the following business day.
6.) The images connected are not to be given to anyone at anytime without prior consent from Chicks that Shoot Photography, LLC. Images produced are intended for use during active MLS listings only and are the property of Chicks that Shoot.
7.) Unless otherwise noted on the order form photographs taken are at the discretion of the Photographer.
8.) Travel time will be charged if provided with a wrong address/property code.
9.) Photographs are considered accepted and approved after 24hrs from the time of image delivery.
Any unauthorized usage is prohibited and a violation of Federal Copyright Laws.
