Late rent arrangments cannot be extended past the 15th of the month. A 14 day eviction notice will be served on any tenants who have not paid after the 5th of the month.
* All payments later than the 5th of the month MUST be made via money order payable to Clear View Property Management or e-transfer to firstname.lastname@example.org
* All payments made after the 5th day of the month are subject to a 10% late fee.
No cash payments will be accepted.
All future payments will still be due the first of each month unless a new late rent agreement is signed.
All payments must be made on time and no further extensions will be granted.
I also understand that either party will create no verbal agreements allowing for changes to this agreement. Failure to abide by this agreement will result in eviction proceedings. If eviction is sought, you maybe responsible for additional charges such as court and attorney fees, which may have a negative affect on your credit rating.
Any amount owed after termination of the lease or eviction will be directed to a collection agency and will be charged for the amount owing plus a 50% processing fee.
I understand that I will receive a 14 day notice of unpaid rent to the email address provided above in the event the rent has not been paid by the 5th day of the month.
I understand that I will pay the late fee associated with my lease for any payments made after the 5th day of the month.
