BotsIQ is committed to providing a safe environment for its events. All BotsIQ Competition planning takes into account the federal, state, local, and venue guidelines and restrictions.
2021 BotsIQ Competition Information
BotsIQ will be hosting competitions at two locations:

Robert Morris University (6001 University Blvd, Moon Township, PA 15008)

Commonwealth Charter Academy TechWorks (149 West Bridge Street, Homestead, PA 15120, formerly Macy's Waterfront)
Currently, BotsIQ Competitions are limited to 10 teams/event. Teams are limited to 6 students and no more than 2 adult advisors. If your industry partner would like to attend, please contact Michel Conklin (conklin@botsiqpa.com) at least 1 week prior to your scheduled event.
On the day of the competition, teams must:

Arrive combat ready (Bot should be assembled and ready for safety inspection)

Have ALL documentation submitted electronically.
Tentative Schedule for the Competition Day:
7:30AM - 10:00AM Team Registration, Initial Safety Inspections, Virtual Team Interviews

Teams will be assigned a registration time. Shortly following registration, teams will go through their first safety inspection. (The safety inspection time will be provided at the registration.) If they have not already completed their virtual interview, they will be assigned a time at registration.
10:15AM Competition Begins (Opening Ceremony, Bouts)
12:30PM - 1:00PM Lunch
1:00PM - Competition Resumes
4:00PM - Awards Ceremony
