Fillable PDF: Unable to submit from Acrobat PDF.

    ich habe mit dem PDF Editor eine ausfüllbare PDF erstellt. Das funktioniert soweit.
    Wenn ich auf "Senden" drücke, kommen diverse Sicherheitsabfragen von Windows (ob Adobe ....starten darf..) - kann man das unterbinden ?

    Das eigentliche Problem ist aber, es kommt immer folgende Fehlermeldung:
    "Incomplete Values" There are incomplete fields in your submission"..der go back button funktioniert nicht.
    Und warum kommt die Fehlermeldung auf Englisch ? Habe alles auf D gestellt.
    Ich kann die PDF also leider nicht versenden.

    Would it be possible for you to re-add the submit button so we may test the form as you have reported it?

    Additionally, the Fillable PDF requires an internet connection to submit the form, is there a reason you do not want to share the Online Form instead?

    Yes for sure I have an internet connection to submit the form. Adobe tries to send it, but it stops because of the error message "Incomplete Values".

    I made all fields " not requested", because I thought that there might be the fault, but there was the same error.

    So, I put back the send button and maybe you can find out the error message. BTW ...the go back button in the message is not working , too

    What kind of error did you get ?

    I just tested the pdf form (download and then filled out the form), pressed the send button, ...adobe tried to send it, but after a while the same error disapears .

    After that I tested the online form, filled out the fields and pressed the send button and it was sent.

    So there has to be a problem between the pdf form (the downloaded one) and acrobat reader DC or is there something I have to do in the seetings ?

    We have an online Form already involved in our homepage, but sometimes a client do not want to fill the form out online and we have to send him an PDF. In history we send him a normal PDF, so he has to print the PDF and fill it out manually, scan the pdf and send the PDF as an attachment per E-Mail. Right now we tried to use JOTFORM with the PDF form Editor so that the client has not to print out the pdf and can fill the form directly ..and send this form directly....

    Thank you very much for enabling the submission on your form. I have downloaded the current PDF Form and attempted to send it using Adobe Acrobat DC. I received the same error I got when testing my own test form.


    This issue does not seem to be related to any settings, but rather a bug on our end. At this time I have created a ticket for our developers to take a closer look at this issue. You will receive a response to this thread once there is an update.

    I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. I do believe your previous workaround was an appropriate solution until this issue is resolved. Please understand that I am unable to provide an estimated time of completion for this ticket. However, you have been incredibly helpful, so I hope our detailed report will help things move faster.

    Our developers have fixed this issue. Fillable forms can be submitted without any issues now. Please download a new fillable PDF form, and try to submit that one.
