Warum werden meine Formulare nicht mehr angezeigt?

Hallo JotForm-Team,

warum kann man von meiner Website kein Formular mehr aufrufen. In der Free-Version hat man doch 5 Formulare im Paket zur Nutzung. Meine Formulare wurden alle von einer Agentur erstellt. Bis April funktionierten sie noch. Kann ich irgendwo meine 5 Formulare die ich brauche aktivieren oder müssen Sie das machen?

bitte entschuldigen Sie die späte Antwort.

Das Zurücksetzen des Zählers zu Monatsbeginn hat nicht alles automatisch bereinigt. Bitte schauen Sie beim nächsten Monatswechsel, ob alles reibungslos läuft und melden sich dann gerne wieder bei uns.

Ihre Formulare sind wieder einsatzbereit.

ich hatte Gestern 19.09.22 eine Nachricht an den Support geschickt da ich genau dieses Problem schon wieder habe. Leider bekam ich noch keine Antwort.

Bitte prüfen und beheben Sie das Problem damit ich unsere Internetseite mit den Formularen wieder optimal nutzen kann.

Our German Support team is not available at the moment, so I will respond to you in English. Upon checking your account, it seems that you have exceeded the form views limit for Free plan. Please note that Free plan is only allowed to have 1000 views per month. Currently, your form views count show 1,359 / 1,000 You might also want to check out this guide about Understanding Your Account Usage and Limits

Now, you'll need to either upgrade your plan to have a higher limit or wait for the reset that happens at the beginning of each month.

ist es nicht möglich die form views (1359) direkt zu löschen? Und warum wurden die views nicht automatisch mit Beginn eines neuen Monats gelöscht? So soll es doch sein wie es im Hilfetext steht.

I’m really sorry that you're having difficulty with the form views limit. It is not possible to delete form views as they are calculated automatically. It is incremented whenever your form gets loaded. We have a guide Form View Limits: What Is It All About? that you can check out.

The current count 1,359 / 1,000 of form views is a count for the month of September. It will be reset on the first of November.

die aktuellen 1359 views sind also für September. Dann müßte doch der nächste Reset Anfang Oktober sein und nicht November. Es wird doch monatlich ein Reset gemacht!
