UTM Parameter übergeben und in Datenbank speichern (mit embedded form code)

    Hallo!

    Ich habe ein Jot-Formular über script in meine Domain eingebettet.

    Nun möchte ich UTM Parameter übergeben, die genauso wie alle andere Werte im Formular in der Datenbank gespeichert werden.

    Beispiel:

    Die URL lautet: domain.com/jotform?source1=4711&source2=4812

    Die Felder/Werte im Formular lauten NAME und EMAIL.

    Wenn nun jemand dieses Formular mit NAME und EMAIL ausfüllt, können dann auch die UTM Parameter 4711 und 4812 zu diesem Datensatz gespeichert werden?

    Wenn JA = WIE?

    UND kann man diese beiden Parameter in der weiteren Kommunikation nutzen.

    Wenn ich z.B. eine automatische Antwort schicke, kann ich diese beiden Parameter als Platzhalter nutzen?

    Beispiel:

    Hallo NAME,

    vielen Dank für Dein Interesse an 4711 und 4811.

    Hello,

    Embedded forms can capture the parent window's query strings. You can use this to prepopulate your form. Create a field that will hold your UTM value, and prepopulate it via URL parameters. You may refer to the following guide for more related information: Prepopulating Fields to Your Jotform via URL Parameters

    Regarding the placeholders, yes. You can use the form element's {unique_name}, in that format, to display its value on the form.

    Can I save UTM Parameters in Jotform Database and use them later in Communication?

    Submitting the form will save the data to Jotform's database. If you're referring to pre-populating the form with data from previous entries on your form, you can download the submission data to Excel, use the Spreadsheet to form widget to upload your spreadsheet to your form, and use the values you have on the spreadsheet to prepopulate the fields.
