Kein Login möglich

    Hallo!

    Ich hatte für einen Workshop, den ich heute geleitet habe, zwei Formulare vorbereitet und am Ende konnten einige der Teilnehmer das Formular nicht mehr abschließen (Form disabled) und ich kann mich (über "Mit Google anmelden") auch in meinen Account nicht mehr einloggen.

    Könnten Sie bitte einmal schauen, was hier das Problem ist.

    Hello Manuel,

    Sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused. Your account was suspended by our system. I inspected your forms, but I did not find any fields that are violating our Terms of Use. I activated your account. You should be able to log in now.

    Let us know if you need any other help.

    Ok, many thanks for activating it again.

    What can I do to prevent this from happening again at my next workshop. It was only around 30 people accessing the forms at the same time (more or less).

    Thanks for getting back to us. Our phishing detector will automatically flag the forms found and suspend the account or this can be manually performed by our Staff.

    kindly provide us with the following information and we will whitelist your forms and it will prevent the suspension of your accounts again:

    1. The URL where your forms are used.

    2. Your website or proof of affiliation to a legitimate institution.
