Einbinden einer PDF mit digitaler Unterschrift

Hallo zusammen,

ich würde unserem Formular gerne ein teils vorausgefülltes Dokument (Vollmacht) einfügen, das der Kunde digital ausfüllen und digital unterschreiben kann, ohne die Oberfläche des Fragebogens zu verlassen. Wichtig ist, dass dieses Dokument ein separates, rechtskräftiges Dokument ist. Wie ist das technisch umsetzbar?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform support. You can create a PDF template for your form and combine it with an e-signature field. Let me explain how you can do this:

• Create a PDF file for your form – edit it and make it look the way you want. If you don't know how to use PDF editor and customize a PDF, please check this guide.
• Use an e-signature field on your form, Jotform has one available, but you can search for different ones on this link. I recommend you the Jotform e-signature and de DocuSign Widget. It's important to check what are your country/region's regulations regarding electronic signatures.
• Make sure that you have added the electronic signature field on your PDF.
