    Guten Tag, wir haben eine Rechnung mit Mehrwertsteuer erhalten, da wir jedoch dem Reverse Charge Verfahren unterliegen ist das falsch: können Sie das bitte korrigieren, vielen Dank

    Thank you for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, German Support is unavailable at the moment so I will be answering your inquiry in English.

    I understand that you were charged with the VAT and want to have a refund. When I checked your account, it shows as a guest account. Kindly provide a copy of your tax-exempt certificate and send it to us using the email address of the correct account.

    If you want to be catered to the comfort of your language, please let us know so we can forward it to our German Support.
