    Hello Akist,

Is the issue perhaps resolved? If not, may we know if the form is embedded somewhere? I've also cleared your form caches from here.

After we hear back from you, we’ll have a better idea of what’s going on and how to help.

Sorry but the problem is not solved . i do have the same errors by using my forms directly in my website

is this message coming from your servers, from Jotform ?

all the forms are pasted direct in the website code, does that cause the problems?

i notice that once i press the refresh code the message disappears and the form works, it submit the data!

    Thank you

    Hi Akist,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform support and I'm sorry for the inconvenience. Since the form works via direct link. Can you send us the link to your website so we can replicate the issue through your website. Also, did you use our iFrame code to embed your form to your website? If not, please use our iFrame code as it does not conflict with anything on your website.

Let me show you how to get your form iFrame code:

    1. In the Form Builder, click on Publish at the top.
    2. Next, choose Embed on the left.
    3. Select the iFrame embed option.

form builder iframe embed min Screenshot 04. Finally, click on Copy Code to copy your form’s iFrame embed code.

form builder copy iframe code min 1 Screenshot 1
If the issue still persists, please give us your permission to test your live form through your website so we can have a better view on what's happening and how to help.

Keep us updated and let us know if you need any more help.

Here is a Link to the screen video when i try the form in my Website

    https://clipchamp.com/watch/MvW7GENGDUS

the link to my website is https://www.meinolivenbaum.net/

the link to one of my forms that cause the problem is Junges Olivenbaum Adoption für Sie selbst. (meinolivenbaum.net)

i did record a video by using the form and cause the issue but it is 45MB and i don't know hot to send or upload it .

i didn't use iFrame because i thought that the user will not be able to see it if user blocks or doesn't allow frames or popups or things like that.

Yes, i do give you the Permission to check or to test it from my website.

    Thank you

    Hi Akist,

Thanks for getting back to us. I understand how frustrating this is for you and I’ll do my best to help you. I ran a test submission on your form, which is embedded on your website, and I didn't get the error message mentioned in the screencast you shared. Look at my outcome below:

    1677632061 63fea23d2b350 Screenshot 0

I've also noticed that you haven't updated your form on the embedded website since March 2022. Please keep in mind that if you make a minor change to your form and use source code to embed it, you must retake the form embed code and update the one on your website. This is most likely due to a script conflict on the website, as I tested your standalone form and it worked perfectly as expected.

Please try replacing the code with iFrame, which will certainly resolve the issue. The iFrame embed technique can be used to contain form scripts, preventing website conflicts. To get the iFrame code, please follow these steps:

    • Go to the Publish tab in the Form Builder.
    • Click Embed on the left.
    • Choose Iframe embed from the menu. Lastly, Copy Code by clicking the Copy Code button.

Can you try it again and see how it goes? If you run into the same problem again, let us know and we'll do some more testing to see what's going on.

Keep us updated and let us know if you need any more help.

    Hi Akist,

I’m sorry you're having difficulties with your form. I've tested the form and I was only able to replicate the issue when I submitted the embedded form. Submitting the form using the direct form URL does not have any issues. Here's the screencast from when I tested your form using the direct form URL.

Since the problem only occurs when submitting the embedded form, I would suggest using the iFrame code when embedding the form on your website. This code prevents script conflict and automatically adjusts the form based on the user's device.

Once done, kindly test your embedded form to make sure it is working.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
