Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our German Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in German, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, let me help you with your concern. I've tried to scan the QR code in your screenshot and can confirm that it is not working. The QR code seems to be connected to the link below:
Is this a QR code for the Anmeldung 100 jähriges Jubiläum form? If so, may we know the recent changes made to this form aside from disabling it? Was this transferred from another account to your account?
After we hear back from you, we’ll have a better idea of what’s going on and how to help.

Thanks for getting back to us. Please know that a Guest account is a one-time login feature. When you downloaded this QR code, the custom form URL connected to the QR code was linked to the username of the Guest account. The Guest account has been purged from our system and we can no longer locate it. Unfortunately, we can no longer reinstate this QR code since it was linked to the Guest account username. I suggest downloading a new QR code associated with the new custom form URL, which is the link that has your username in it:
Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on the Publish tab.
- Then, click on Quick Share on the left side of the page.
- Click on the QR Code button at the bottom of the Share Form section.
- The window that opens up will have the QR code to share your form.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Allerdings haben wir den oben aufgeführten Code bereits auf die Einladungen gedruckt und diese sind bei unseren Gästen….
Das ist sehr schade, weil wir das Vorgehen jetzt nicht mehr ändern können.

Thanks for getting back to us. Unfortunately, we're unable to reactivate the QR code, since it is tied with a purged Guest account. I understand this is frustrating, but we're unable to remake the code. In order to create a new QR code, you'll need to generate one using the steps my coworker mentioned in their previous reply.
Let us know if you have any other questions.
