Downgrade/refund window?

    Und zweites: bei monatlicher Zahlung schreiben Sie dass wir das Abo jederzeit up- oder downgraden können. Ist der Zeitraum "Monat" immer auf den Kalendermonat z.B. 1.-31.10. bezogen oder auf 30 laufende Tage egal wann der Beginn ist?
    Downgraden heißt auch der Wechsel von kostenpflichtigem Konto zum freien Konto zurück. Falls doch kein Bedarf da wäre ? Oder bezieht sich dies nur auf den Wechsel zw. den kostenpflichtigen Accounts?

    Now, let me help you with your question. You can indeed downgrade your account at any time, however to get refunded you have to request a refund within 30 days of your last payment made. This means for example that if you paid for a month of Bronze on the 10th and want to downgrade to Starter, you will have to request a refund before the 10th of the following month. You can indeed downgrade from a paid account to a free account this way, or between paid subscriptions.
