# Jotform MCP: MCP Apps

## Choose a Jotform MCP App

MCP Apps are Jotform MCP servers that show interactive interfaces for building forms, Jotform Apps, and signable documents inside AI clients that support MCP Apps, such as Claude and ChatGPT. In other clients, their tools still work and return results without the interface. Jotform offers three interactive MCP Apps, plus Form Backend for connecting custom website forms. Each connection has its own endpoint, tools, requirements, and connection guide.

| **Jotform Sign** | Interactive UI for working with **signable documents** — create and edit documents, manage signers, send signature requests, and track signing progress. | Creating and managing e-signature workflows. |
| **Form Backend** | Connects an existing website form to Jotform to collect responses and configure submission emails while keeping the website's own design. | Adding a submission backend to a custom website form. |
