a mis clientes les pido un numero de tarjeta pero pasado un tiempo queda oculto ##### ¿como puedo ver el dato que puso el cliente?

Cuál es el formulario? Hemos corrido un código que detecta si se están recolectando tarjetas de crédito, ya que no es permitido de acuerdo a nuestros términos de uso: https://www.jotform.com/help/8-Terms-of-Use

We would like to apologize for any inconvenience. We understand that you need to collect such information but like what my colleague, BDAVID, have mentioned, collecting credit card details using regular form fields are not allowed within our forms because it is against our Terms.

We recommend that you use any of our payment integrations instead if you want to also collect payments using our forms. — Which-Payment-Processor-is-Right-for-Your-Business

What do you mean exactly by protected forms? Please try to use one of payment integrations as suggested by my colleague. That is the only and the proper way to deal with payments.
