How edit submissions made in the form?

Cómo poder llenar un formulario observando desde el formulario on line la información que ya se ingresó

Es posible ingresar información nueva en un formulario, observando en el formulario on line la información que ya se ingresó anteriormente.

Gracias por la información si me sirve, lo que me queda una duda es como le
llega un correo a la persona que completó el formulario, debe previamente
ingresar su correo? el mismo formulario debe pedir un campo de ingrese su
correo electrónico? y a ese correo es que le llega el mensaje que puede
actualizar la información que ingresó a través del formulario?
