Hi FoodPlaceSLRC,
I just wanted to remind you that I'll be helping you in English using Google Translate because our Spanish Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, and you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. But, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your question, can you explain a bit more about what you're trying to do? Can you clarify what external data you want to b used in Shipping Option of the product list?
Once we hear back from you, we'll have a better idea of what's going on and how to help.

Hi FoodPlaceSLRC,
Unfortunately, it is not possible to add shipping costs externally. I understand what you’d like to do, but I’ll need a bit of time to work out a solution. I’ll get back to you shortly.
Thanks for your patience, we appreciate it.

Hi FoodPlaceSLRC,
As a workaround, we can manually create the products using standard fields like Dropdowns, Multiple Choices, and Single Choice fields, where we can assign values to each option. Then, using the Form Calculation widget, we can add them all up and pass the total to the Payment Tool. Let me walk you through it, step by step:
1. Add a Multiple Choice field for order to the form.
2. Assign the values to each product option.
3. Then, add the product and shipping field through a Form Calculation widget.
4. Finally, pass the total to be paid to your payment field.
You can check out my screencast of my test form below for the results:
Give it a try and reach out again if you have any other questions.
