Error on widgets in the form

    Buenas tardes,


    Es para solicitar una colaboracion. Hemos venido teniendo inconvenientes con la plataforma. Genera el mensaje que "Algo malo esta pasando con la carga de la lista de los widget". y nos esta bloqueando varios formularios las cuales tienen widgets. Esta semana ha presentado dos veces el mismo inconveniente.

    Are you referring to this form "92965089733674"? If yes, I could not find any widgets added into the form.

    I also checked your last edited form "92884793991682", but that form also did not have any widgets.

    Please let us know the form URL where you received this error on the widgets so that we can investigate the same from our end.

    Ok, es el formulario https://form.jotformz.com/92965089733674. ¿El selector de imagen no es un widget?. 

    Entonces al cargar el formulario, se genera asi:1575460621mal.png

    Cuando normalmente debe cargar asi: 1575460665bien.png

    ¿Entonces que puede estar pasando?, porque al cargar el formulario sale sin fondo y sin emoticones?

    When I checked the form, I could see the field correctly at my end:

    Could you clear your browser cache and try again OR check the form using an incognito window of your browser?

    Si señor, ya lo usamos con otros navegadores y carga igual. Lo validamos con nuestros celulares y también esta pasando lo mismo y no sabemos del porque. ¿Que puede estar pasando?

    We apologize for the trouble you are facing.

    I can see that you have used the Incognito mode in your Google Chrome. Is that correct?

    Which version of Chrome are you using? Is it Version 78.0.3904.108? If not could you update and check?

    Please provide us a console report from your Chrome browser to check if there is any error: https://www.jotform.com/help/453-How-to-get-a-console-report-from-most-common-browsers 

    Also, are you facing this same issue on Edge, Firefox, IE and Safari? Have you cleared browser cache and checked on these browsers?

    Please also let us know on which mobile devices you have checked this form i.e. model brand, mobile browser, OS version.

    Validamos desde un equipo MAC y lo mismo. Los modelos de los celulares son SAMSUNG J1, MOTOROLA E6PLUS y una tablet LENOVO TAB3 8. 


    Les agradezco su pronta colaboracion, es que estamos entregando un proyecto con base a estos formularios, muchas gracias.

    Its really strange as I tested on the same versions of Chrome and Firefox from my end but on a Windows PC. I do not have a Mac system. I'll check with one of my support team members who has a Mac PC to test this from their end.

    I do not have these mobile device models to test, but I'll try to test them and revert.

    In the meanwhile, please let us know if this issue is appearing on all the image choice fields or only the first one.

    Si señor, pasa con todas las preguntas que tenemos en el formulario. Igual valide otros formularios y tambien se generan de este modo. Fondo blanco y no carga los emoticones del selector de imagen,

    I tested on desktop (Windows) and on my mobile (Samsung A7). It worked fine.

    Can you please try a combination of the following simple fixes: clear cache, cookies and recent history

    Please try to apply these simple fixes and let us know, if they help.

    No señor sigue presentando el mismo inconveniente. Ya borre los cookies, el historial, valide con los otros navegadores google chrome o mozilla o dispositivos como celular o un MAC y sigue sin funcionar.

    Can you please confirm that this happens only on MAC devices? Is that right?

    Did you have the chance to test on Windows and Android?

    Si señor, ya validamos en equipos windows de la empresa y sigue sin cargar. Mira la imagen de la tablet, esta es android. 


    En las maquinas MAC tambien sigue sin funcionar,

    Alright. Then it is most probably your internet connection, which is causing the issue.

    Can you please test with different internet connection and let us know how it goes?

    Nosotros aca tenemos dos canales de internet pero igualmente sigue sigue generando el mismo inconveniente. Ya borramos cookies y temporales y nada, sigue lo mismo.

    Okay. But are your internet connections from different providers?

    Can you please also test at home, if you have an internet connections from different provider?

    Can you test on LTE connection from different provider?

    I noticed that you had changed the images. Did it fix the issue?

    Si los canales son diferentes. Uno es CLARO y otro es CW. Uno es dedicado, otro no. Si señor cambie los emoticones, sale las imagenes pero sigue sin resolver el inconveniente ya que el fondo de los formularios sigue en blanco, es decir el problema persiste. Voy a cambiar toda la apariencia pero igual quedamos preocupados porque puede volverse a presentar ya que el inconveniente persiste. Igualmente muchas gracias por sus intervenciones. Buena tarde.

    Ya cambie el tema pero el fondo si sigue igual. No creo que sea caso del internet local porque ya validamos desde nuestros dispositivos telefónicos el cual están conectados a las redes de telefonia(Datos) externa y están fuera de nuestra RED LAN y los formualarios siguen sin poder cargarse normalmente. 


    Igualmente vamos a dejar los formularios sin fondo, pero si nos preocupa que nos vuelva a pasar con los emoticones ya que tendriamos que de nuevo cambiar la apariencia. Cualquier novedad, se las estare suministrando. Muchas gracias por su ayuda, buena tarde.
