    ¡Buenas tardes!

    Greetings.

Unfortunately, our colleagues from the Spanish team are currently unavailable, so we will reply to you in English. If you wish to receive a reply in Spanish, please let us know and we will forward your question to them, however, you might need a bit longer for a reply.

Unfortunately, you can't add PDF Documents to your existing form. You can create a new form, download submission data from your old form, and use the import app to import data from your old form into the new one:
    https://www.jotform.com/help/308-import-app-easily-import-your-excel-or-csv-data-into-jotform/

However, this will work only if your new form has the same fields.

Let us know if you have any additional questions.

    Great! We'll try this procedure.

If the new form is created and the old information is imported to it, would it be possible to keep the old link for this new form? If it were necessary to delete the old form in order to set free the link there is no problem.

    Hello there,

Each form has its unique link. It's not possible to keep the old link.

    Regards.
