Jotform Inbox: Can clients/form responders view the comments?

    Hola mi consulta va dirigida a la opcion de COMENTARIO que tiene la bandeja de INBOX.

    Deseo utilizarla he creado un formulario de reserva de citas, los clientes llenan ese formulario y nos lo envian, deseaba usar una opcion que me resumiera el formulario que los clientes envian y otra persona me aconsejo usar INBOX, veo ese boton que dice comentarios, y me surgen las siguientes preguntas:

    1. Usare INBOX para que mis colaboradores dentro de la empresa puedan ver de forma resumida los formularios de citas de los clientes, pero tengo la necesidad que mis colaboradores dejen un comentario del servicio brindado, que pasa si usamos este boton, Los clientes tambien veran el comentario?

However, there might be a bit of a delay. Let me walk you through adding a collaborator to your Inbox:

    1. Click on the Share button on the upper right.
    2. Type the collaborator's email address in the Invite By Email field.
    3. Click on the dropdown across the email address and select Collaborator.
    4. Click on the Send Invitation button.1667900191_636a231fbaf2b_636a231fbaeec.g

    Unless you also share the Inbox with the form responders, they will not be able to view the comments. Only you and the collaborator(s) have access to adding comments, and users with Read-Only access to your Inbox will be able to view the comments.
