Termine de completar el formulario y no paso a la siguiente sesión que es enviar el formulario

Hola buen dia, tengo un problema con mi formulario. Cuando lo cree estaba bien, me lo enviaba a mi misma y puede contestar 2 veces el formulario pero hoy quise volver a contestarlo, complete el formulario y no paso del boton firme y complete que esta pintado de amarillo de la imagen.

Si alguien pudiera ayudamer se lo agradeceria. Gracias!!.

Do you mean you're unable to click the "Sign & Complete" button at the top of the document? Since all the fields in the document are required, please make sure that each of them has been filled out. If they're already filled out but you're still unable to proceed, try clearing your browser cache, refresh the page, and then try completing the document again.

If you're still unable to complete it, try using a different web browser. If the issue is still persisting, would it be okay for us to do some tests on your Sign Document where we'll send it to our email address so we can fill it out? This is to see if we'll also be unable to complete the document.
