Unable to submit form, it is stuck on Please Wait.

    Buenos días,

    Nuestro formulario no funciona.

    Al rellenar todos los datos de forma correcta y darle al botón de enviar se queda bloqueado indicando "Por favor, espere ...".

    Hello pfelina,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotorm Support. I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Check out the screencast below to see my results:

    I have cleared your form cache to see if this would correct any unnecessary errors on the form. Can you try it again and see how it goes? If you run into the same problem again, let us know and we'll do some more testing to see what's going on.

    Thank you for your answer.

    It is still not working. The browser doesn't even makes any signal of being charging a new page or uploading data when we push the send button. It just stay frozen.

    You can test it in our form if you will.

    Thank you for reaching out to Jotform Support. I’m sorry you're having difficulties with this. Rest assured, I am here to help. I tested your form and I was able to successfully submit the form. I have cleared your form caches one more time. Manually clearing form cache can help remove minor bugs or glitches and refresh the status of your form.

    If the issue still persist after clearing your form cache, please log out of your account, then clear your browsers cache and cookies. Once you are done, close your current browser session and re-login to your account on a fresh browser session, then do a test submission on the form if you are to successfully submit it.. Below are the guides on how clear browsing history depending on the browser you are using.

    Clear Cache – Google Chrome

    Clear Cache – Mozilla Firefox

    Clear History – Safari

    In the future you can also clear form caches on your end. Let me walk you thru on how to do it.

    • Hover on your avatar
    • Click Settings

    • Scroll down to Form Caches
    • Click Clear Cache
    • An alert message will appear saying “All caches are cleared”. Click the OK button, and you are done!

    The problem was solved for 2 or 3 days but now it is not working again.

    I have try the same in several Browsers, cleaned the cache of them and also cleaned the Jotform Cache in Settings. Can you please solve this? Thanks.

    Hello pfelina,

    Thanks for getting back to us. I created a test submission directly in your form but I could not replicate the issue. Check out my results below

    I cleared the cache of your form for additional precautions and this fix glitches on forms. You can also perform a clear cache of your forms on your end by following the guide from this link. Can you try it again and see how it goes? If you run into the same problem again, let us know and we'll do some more testing to see what's going on.

    Hi again,

    This problem still persist. During a time, the problem was just with Chrome browser - it happened to several users in different computers and from diferent places-.

    But right now, it doesn't let summit the form neither in Chrome, nor in Edge, nor in movile chrome.

    You can see in this screenshots the moment when it cracks. It just stays there forever.

    Could you please tell us what to do? Gettin a paid plan will solve it? Thanks.

     Thanks for getting back to us. I'm sorry that this is happening. I have tested the cloned version of your form, however, I could not replicate the problem. I was able to make the latest submission without any issues. Checkout the screencast below:

    Is the form embedded on any of your web pages and experiencing the issue? If so, please share the web page URL where the form is embedded so that we can check and assist you further. Also, please let us know if we can send a test submission to your form to replicate the issue on our end.

    Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. We’re sorry you're having difficulties with this. Even though we are not able to replicate your issue, it's clear in the video you shared that you cannot submit the. So, I created a ticket and escalated this to our Developer team.

    Although we don't know exactly when the issue will be fixed, we’ll circle back to this thread when we have an update.

    Hi pfelina,

    Upon reviewing the screenshots you provided, I noticed that the link does not establish a secure connection (SSL). This could be the primary cause of the issue. However, despite our efforts, we have been unable to replicate the problem. If you're still having the same issue, we'll do a more in-depth investigation and work on finding a solution.

    Hi Furkan, we solved it a time ago copying all the fields in another form that hasn't give us any problem. We don't use this one anymore.

    For a time, the bug only happened when using Chrome but when it also happened in another browsers, we created a new one.
