How can I access my old account

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. As I understand your request, you wanted to access your old account. Do you still remember an email address linked to that account? If so, can you try resetting your password by clicking the Forgot Password link on the login page, which allows you to reset your password using your email address? Let me show you how:

• Go to Jotform Homepage.
• Click on the Login button at the top right corner.
• In the login window, click on Forgot Password link.
• Enter your username or email, and then, tap on Send Reset Instructions.

The system will send you an email with some instructions about how you can create a new password. Then once you get the email, you may now set your new password and then log in.

If this doesn't work, kindly clear your browser`s cache then you may follow the same instructions provided above or check out this guide on how to reset your password.
