¿Cómo descargar la respuesta de un formulario con imágenes sin que se cambie el formato?

Buena tarde, creé un formulario en donde de acuerdo a una respuesta sale una imágen específica, pero cuando deseo descargar las respuestas esta imagen no sale, solo el nombre del archivo. Quisiera saber si hay alguna forma de descargar las respuestas con la imágen que elijió el usuario.

To confirm are you referring to this your form ''FORMATO CONSENTIMIENTO INFORMADO PARA PROCEDIMIENTOS SI CUBIERTOS POR EL PLAN DE SALUD'' Can you try to go to your forms Tables and download the images there?

• Select the cell that has the images.
• Click the Download Icon across the image you want to download.

Or

• On your submission page, click on the Download All button.
• Select Download Attachments.
• Click the Ok Got It button.
• The uploaded files will be sent to you via email as a ZIP file.

If you still can't see the files, then it could be because of the Privacy Settings in your account. Follow the guide below to view the uploaded images in your form:

• Log-in to your Jotform Account.
• Under Settings look for Privacy.
• Untick Require log-in to see submissions and Require log-in to view uploaded files.
