Error de compra anual

    Buenas noches,

    Por equivocación elegí el pago de la membresía bronce anual y quería pagarla ménsual.

    Hay alguna forma de modificar mi pago?

    As for your question, we would need to cancel your subscription and process a refund in order to return the payment back to your card. Once canceled, you can then re-upgrade your account to the monthly plan. Let us know if you wish to proceed with the cancellation.

    As soon as we hear back from you, we can move forward with a solution.

    I am currently working with the limit of my form at free version, so if I cancel my subscription my form is not going to work. I was wondering If you could refund the difference between yearly and monthly quote in order to not pause my active form.

    Yes thank you I want the downgrade please. By mistake I purchase Yearly Subscription and I want to be monthly.

    Thanks for getting back to us. I have canceled your current subscription with the yearly plan. You will get a prorated refund. You can now upgrade to your preferred monthly plan.
